I'm 50 Year Male And My Last Blood Test Shows

I'm 50 year male and my last blood test shows GGT - 160 (normal range 3-95). AST, ALT, Alkaline are in range. What could be the problem, how to lower GGT? A day before the test I had a party and had several high liquor drinks. Could it be a cause of this? I usually have 3-4 high-liquor drinks per day, 3-4 days per week. Is it a problem?
