I'm 52. 11 Days Ago Had Very Heavy Menstrual Bleeding

I'm 52. 11 days ago had very heavy menstrual bleeding next day has blood tests and was given Progesterone pills(for 10 days). My hemoglobin was 11.4. My MCV was 102. Don't know my other numbers yet. Was very tired and extremely pale. I feel better now but not 100% and still pretty pale. I also notice my heart resting heart rate per my Fitbit is normally always 61-63. Since this incident it has climbed daily. Now at 71 average. I also have always taken a multivitamin which includes iron + a B12 supplement and have a pretty well rounded diet. Anything to worry or will this resolve? Btw, the last time I took a blood test in 2014 my MCV was 102 then also.
