I'm 52 And Just Stopped My Periods. Had A Mamo

I'm 52 and just stopped my periods. Had a mamo in May and was normal but 3 wks ago I noticed my right nipple turned in. It does it occasionally but pops right back out. My hit fladhes are severe at night and that's when I noticed the inverted nipple. I'm going for an ultrasound in 2 days. Is th er r anything else I should do or ask? Thank you!!
