I'm 52 And Recently Feel Hot All The Time. Inside

I'm 52 and recently feel hot all the time. Inside it feels like I'm on fire but my skin is cool to the touch. I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago, but still have my ovaries. My mother had hyperthyroidism, and my daughter has hypothyroidism. Also I never had a migraine in my life until three years ago, then another about 3 months ago. Both were ocular migraines. Now I experience vertigo symptoms lately when sitting down. What the heck is going on?
