Im 52, type 2 diabetic, 5'7" 210 pounds muscular build. I carry my weight in my mid section. My sugars have recently raised to 8.8A1C, my triglycerides have raised to 1200. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't use illegal drugs. I'm physically active when not worn out by high sugar. i used to lift weights 6 days a week. Now I'm to tired. What would you recommend?
