I'm 53 And Recently Started Working Out Again After A

I'm 53 and recently started working out again after a long break (years). I haven't been going heavy, and so far only several times over the past two weeks. All dumbell work. Shoulder presses, bicep curls, triceps push backs and overhead triceps extensions.
But my right side ribs feel very sore like I've strained an intercostal or fractured a rib. Doesn't make sense given my mild workouts, not to mention I never 'pulled' or felt a strain while working out. Reps have all been very controlled, no jerking or swinging. I've been an athlete most of my life and have had injuries; never to my ribs though. My experience tells me this location and level of pain doesn't match my activities.
I did also help someone move a propane grill yesterday, but caused no stress or strain so that doesn't seem like it should factor. But maybe I'm just getting old.
Thanks,
Paul
