I'm 53 Year Old Female In Very Good Health. I

I'm 53 year old female in very good health. I still get my period regularly but am experiencing some post menopausal symptoms. Yesterday after doing my 20 minute exercise routine I took a shower. when I got out I noticed here was blood on the towel I looked in the mirror and there was blood coming from my right nipple. It was coming out of 3 different locations on my nipple. I cleaned it up and applied pressure and the bleeding stopped. I checked for cuts and scrapes and did not see anything. My breast is not sore or swollen. I felt around for a lump and didn't feel any. The bleeding has not returned since. I feel fine no fever or aching joints or breast pain. Should I contact my gynecologist about this? I have regular mammograms and had one 2 months ago. It said I have dense breasts but didn't find anything to be concerned about.
