I'm 53 Yrs Old And Have Been Taking Lisinopril 20

I'm 53 yrs old and have been taking lisinopril 20 mg and amlodipine 5 mg for my hypertension. Lisinopril caused many side effects such as coughing, post nasal drips, hives, and gout, so the doctor had taken that off and up my amlodipine to 10 mg. so far, all my side effect symptoms have stopped but now I noticed my hair is shedding and my urine is cloudy. Will this cause permanent hair loss or will these side effects subside as my body get used to the higher dosage?
