I’m 54 And Recently Started Transposing Letters When I Type.

I’m 54 and recently started transposing letters when I type. Never had this issue before. Recently started taking ambien because I cannot sleep through night & always tired. Getting ready to get at home sleep study. I’m also getting traction done on neck due to injury where vertebrae is out of alignment. Any connection or is is the transposition caused by something else?
