I'm 54, White Female, Family Hx Of Heart Disease, Angina,

I'm 54, white female, family hx of heart disease, angina, high blood pressure, cholesterol,.... My mom died at 55 after 2nd triple bypass. I was diagnosed 2 yrs ago with hypertension and put on lisinopryl.(can't say it right, sorry) 10 mg. Stopped taking it for about a year and a month ago at health dept my bp was 168/130. Started taking it again, 10 mg for about 3 weeks now and my bp is still high. I'm checking it 2-3xs daily... Well last night and today, I have been feeling like I got heart burn, an ache right in the middle of my back a lil pain in my chest ( not like an elephant tho as they say) and at times I can feel my heart pounding like palpitations. My jaw feel like I'm grinding my teeth but I'm not. My bp today has been 157/121, 150/118, and now it was 153/113. Should I be worried that I'm having heart attacks?
