I'm 55 Years Old. Recently Had An MRI Scan Of

I'm 55 years old. Recently had an MRI scan of my brain. The MRI revealed suspicious tissue growth in the adenoid area. I had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy at age 5. I went to an ENT. He viewed the area using a scope. He believes the adenoids had grown back, but is going to do a biopsy to rule out cancer. Should I be concerned? And can adenoids grow back?
