I'm 56 Year Old Male. Reasonably Healthy. I Have A

I'm 56 year old male. reasonably healthy. I have a discoloration of 1 toe nail, very scally skin that peals off on heel approximately 2 inches in diameter, and a couple of mild rashes that are mostly un-noticeable on one calf, and both upper arms in the tricep area. I also have ankle and knee pain in both ankles and knees that has been increasing over time but more so with the rashes. no headache, no fever. I don't drink much ( couple drinks a week).
