I'm 57 And I Have Had Knee Surgery For Repair

I'm 57 and I have had knee surgery for repair and the doctor said I had arthritis pretty bad in my R knee. Now I've been having deep aches in both my shin bones which wakes me up many times per night. My vitamin D level is @ 19. Last yr it was at 16 and I got it up to 26. I don't know if it has anything to do with Lyme disease (which I had bites and a bulls eye rash pretty bad in 2006 after getting bit from, what I thought was, chiggers) or if it could be something entirely different
