I'm 58 And, Following A 3 Week Trip To Ethiopia

I'm 58 and, following a 3 week trip to Ethiopia just before Christmas, have been experiencing vaginal discharge. No pain, only tiny spotting of blood rarely, otherwise clear - slightly mucusey. Wearing pads and need to change maybe 2 or 3 times over 24 hours. Menopause very much over and done with. Can you advise?
