I'm 58 Years Old, Just This Week Diagnosed W/Proteinuria. Came

I'm 58 years old, just this week diagnosed w/Proteinuria. Came home from hospital yesterday. I was put on Furosemide 40mg 1/day. I entered hospital on Monday w/swelling all over - feet, ankles, legs, belly, arms & hands. Swelling went down some. Today swelling has returned; very little urine output, very fatigued & very little appetite. Had kidney biopsy but no results til 4/26. Should I return to hospital. Don't feel well at all.
