I'm 60 Years Old And For The Last 5 Years

I'm 60 years old and for the last 5 years My fingers twitch, more so in my left hand which is my dominant hand. They don't twitch at rest, but in certain positions and when I become anxious or nervous or begin to think about it. My fear is Parkinson's disease, because my father had it. I've been to a neurologist who specializes in movement disorders. He said that it was not Parkinson's that was 5 years ago. Symptoms have not worsen. Please help
