I'm 62 And Have Episodes Of Pvc's Over The Last

I'm 62 and have episodes of pvc's over the last few years. They used to last about a week but seem to last longer ( a few weeks) lately. I've had an ekg, echo, and also a stress echo. Cardiologist said my heart is fine and to exercise to keep them at bay.
They usually start after waking and then at bedtime. Sometimes they come every other beat.
