I'm 62 Female, Very Healthy, Good Weight. I Dance, Run,

I'm 62 female, very healthy, good weight. I dance, run, and work out. A yr and a half ago I received a rib injury while dancing. Not long after I was shoveling a lot of snow and long story short ended up in the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. Did all the tests and everything was negative. About 6 months later after a dance competition same thing. Chest pain. ER again. Again nothing. Then found out it was costochardits. I was lifting heavy weight last week and now am suffering chest pain and pretty sure is the costocharditis again except I'm having a breathing problem. I feel I need to take a very deep breath to get enough oxygen( about every 30 seconds or so). So because I've not felt this before off to the ER. Same thing. Blood and ECG showed not heart related. I am a runner and I can still run and do not get winded, but this having to take a deep breath is disconcerning. If I take advil liquid gels, it calms down to almost nothing, then will come back when it wears off. Can it be related to the costochodritis.
