I'm 63, Male, Take No Rx Med... Started Having Leg

I'm 63, male, take no Rx med... Started having leg cramps,rib muscle cramps 2 days ago. Have couch, sinus drainage. Been taking Claritin and Claritin-D. Also take 500ml vitamin D. When to doc 3 weeks ago with Plantor foot, been taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen foe several weeks. Started running fever late yesterday. High was 101.5 and blood press in orange from 143-158 top.sweats last night, woke up wit no fever and Bo norm. Went to work, came home noon and went to bed, no fever and on ok. Slept 2 hour and got up. Bo was in the 140s again and fevever back sat 101.2 . Started Mucinex dm last night instead of Claritin D. Ate some soup, on came down to normal, but fever inching up, currently at 101.7. Pla to go to doc in morning if not better. Do u have any suggestion
