I'm 63 Year Old Female, Having Taking Norco For Arthritis,

I'm 63 year old female, having taking Norco for arthritis, rheumatisim, bone spurs in back of my neck and have fibromyalgia. I was just discharged for not having Norco in my urine. I didn't take it for 3 days because I was very constipated. I have Anthem blue cross insurance..this has never happened to me. I need another doctor to provide me with the norcos,, what should I do? what should I tell them? I also take clonazepam for anxiety as I have PTSD. my doctor told me to call my insurance and get names of new doctors but do I tell them I was discharged? I cant believe my doctor wont give me another chance..help me
