I.m 63 Years Old And Have Been Diagnosed With Osteoporosis.

I.m 63 years old and have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis. My doctor suggests starting Prolia twice yearly injections or weekly Fosomax. After researching both options I'm overwhelmed with all the possible side effects. I don't want to take either and just continue calcium with vitamin D but I want to make a smart decision. I also take Levothyroxine and Atorvastatin. My lumbar bone mineral density is 0.818 g/cm2. My left total hip bone density is 0.803 g/cm2 and right total hip bone density is 0.834 g/cm2. Please help me to make a wise decision about starting an osteoporosis medication.
