I'm 63 Years Old, Female, Generally Healthy. Lately, My Top

I'm 63 years old, female, generally healthy. Lately, my top lip has been twitching episodes several times a day. In addition, about once a day, I have a dizzy spell lasting only maybe up to 10 seconds at the longest not associated with sitting/standing or head movement. I have no other symptoms. Are these things connected and do they mean anything?
