I'm 63 Yrs Old, On Aspirin Daily, Have Htn, Have

I'm 63 yrs old, on aspirin daily, have htn, have had a bad headache across my forehead for a week and the doctor sees bright red blood behind my ear drum (no drainage leaking out, the ear drum color is otherwise normal). I'm not dizzy at all, there is not ear pain. What might this be?
