I'm 64. I've Been Taking A Combination Of Amlodipine 10mg

I'm 64. I've been taking a combination of amlodipine 10mg and enalapril maleate 10mg for BP for the past few years. Then in the past four weeks I've been taking tamusolsin for BPH. The BPH problem has not gone away and I've read that cialis mg daily is more effective for BPH. I'd like to switch to cialis 5mg but since all these drugs lower BP I'd like to know what changes I should make, should I drop one of the BP drugs and which one or should I lower dosage? Does it make a difference if I take the cialis in the evening unlike the other drugs which I take in the morning?
