I'm 64 Female. Feeling Like A Bruised Sensation On Left

I'm 64 female. Feeling like a bruised sensation on left side. Back of neck down the left shoulder through breast bone, hip area then down leg. My jaw on left side is very sensitive to touch. I did contract Bell's palsy on the left side of face over 38 years ago.

Is this pinched nerve or do you think it anything to rush to hospital for?
