I'm 65 And Have Always Had Beautiful Facial Skin About

I'm 65 and have always had beautiful facial skin about 8 to 10 years ago I started noticing these bumps on my skin I thought they were pimples but they aren't I went to a dermatologist and she said they are oil pockets and she could use a technique to see if it would work so she put a hot pointed instrument into each pocket.
It did not work and now I have so many of them that they are really upsetting. What can I do?
