I'm 66 year old with red swollen Lanka minora. I finished a round of cipro for 10 days and a pinicillin shot for bronchitis. Several days ago I washed myself with dial soap and it burned in my labia area. There is no smell or discharge but that area is throbbing and hurts when I wipe. It feels like it's on fire. Is there a home remedy?
