I'm 67 and exercise daily running 6 miles a day w 150 crunches. That's been pretty simple for me for the past 20+ years, but I just had an unbelievable viral respiratory infection which took over a month to kick. I'm no longer hacking up yellow stuff but I don't have the stamina I'm used to and my heart rate is around 140-150 when it's usually 125-130. Is their some way I can completely flush the virus like deleting bad software to get my strength back?
