I'm 68, Never Drank, But Have Battled Rosacea In Some

I'm 68, never drank, but have battled Rosacea in some form , mostly reddening and raise "pimple" like zits on my face , I've been to the doctor and given a couple of ointments and minocycline .. ( with little help)...It seems to get worse with stress or change in weather..
I've noticed that the end off my nose is turning darker and nothing seems to change the condition .. I thought I may need to see my dermatologist what can I do to remedy the coloring?
