I'm 72 Years Old And Can Only Ejaculate About Every

I'm 72 years old and can only ejaculate about every 4 days. I don't take any drugs or want to. But, if I could get off every other day, I would consider taking one, if the side effects were not too great.
Is there a drug I can take, or should I be satisfied?
