I'm 8 Weeks 4 Days Pregnant. I Had Bleeding On

I'm 8 weeks 4 days pregnant. I had bleeding on the weekend 4 days ago alot and a little clotting nothing major but I went to hospital they said everything is fine I had another ultrasound her heart is still beating. What could cause this? I play with my self but nothing goes in. I bleed. I've never bled this much with my other 3 I actually never bled at all. Help
