Im 8 Weeks Pregnant And My Last Pregnancy I Miscarried

Im 8 weeks pregnant and my last pregnancy i miscarried at 5 weeks. My blood type is A- and i have been to the hospital already and gotten a rogham shot. I went to go pee and noticed i have a light bleeding going on but i am terrified because the last miscarriage. Can you please let me know if i need to go to E.R or if its normal.
