I'm 84 years. I started gen ketones to fix a basil carcinoma approx. 5/6 months ago using Dr.GundryMD's suggestions and was successful.
I started the diet weighing 145lbs/5.7'. Along the way my weight dropped to less less than 120 lbs (and kept dropping) . My immediate problem now is how do I get back to a normal diet. I cannot walk a strait line, breathing has become difficult. Lots of mucus.
