I’m Concerned About My 14 Year Old Son Who Seems

I’m Concerned about my 14 year old son who seems to always develops oral ulcers (he does wear braces). However, he also has a toenail fungus that hasn’t cleared in over 3 years. He is also underweight, lacks an appetite and is usually pretty weak. He plays baseball and running looks like a struggle for him. He gets migraines 2-3x a month. I’m concerned he may have an immunodeficiency. Thoughts?
