I'm Jane 22 Years Old. And I Have 1 Pimple

I'm Jane 22 years old. And I have 1 pimple top of my nose. And I had this almost 2 weeks. The other day I just pop it. And the white stuff came out little bit. And I put also a benzoyl cream on it. And I feel like no changing still the same even I pop already the bump still on it and I don't understand what to do now please help me to gt rid on it. Thank u
