I'm Post Menopause (for About 2years Now) And Hours After

I'm Post menopause (for about 2years now) and hours after an MRI I started my period and it's been four days now! After a simple Google search I found that I'm not the only one. Some bled for 3 months. And some had miscarriages. Even my nose bled a little. I'm wondering if it was the magnetic field or the contrast? Any knowledge on this?
