I'm Seshu., In My Penni Top Skin Is Redness And

I'm Seshu., in my penni top skin is redness and itching.. Is it fugal infection..? I used anti biotics 8 days Moring and night because of my dental surgery.. Today I used candid B cream top of my penni skin, and I took fluconazole tablet , cetirizine tablet. I'm fearing because it is very itching.. Pls sir tell me good solution to my problem
