I'm TTC ,I Woke Up Tgw Other Morning With Nose

I'm TTC ,I woke up tgw other morning with nose bleed .sorta sticky.. No period yet.. Hot flashes at night started about three nights ago. They last only a few minutes... Feeling a bit fatigue and my temperature orally is 99.4. What can this be.. I'm 35. And for the past few days I've had slight dull off and on abdominal cramping.. And a yeast infection that started last week Thursday but cleared up like two days later with monistat..please help...
