I'm A 14 Year Old Female And I Work Up

I'm a 14 year old female and I work up friday with a pain in my left shoulder which continued till Sunday and then it swapped in my right arm. I've also had neck pain and when i wake up my fingers are numb. Is there a possibility i might have a heart attack? Please answer!
