I'm A 15 Year Old Competitive Gymnast. Lately My Knee

I'm a 15 year old competitive gymnast. Lately my knee pain has been through the roof...I have pain constantly below the kneecap, some even seems to be behind it pushing or grinding on it...occasionally there is a sharp pain that travels right through the knee. It had become very difficult to walk up and down the stairs let all be do gymnastics
