I'm A 16 Year Old Female And I've Been Experiencing

I'm a 16 year old female and I've been experiencing light vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse for the past few months. My partner and I have been in a monogamous relationship for over a year now and this bleeding only started happening after I started the depo shot. I've only gotten the shot twice so far but the bleeding happened the first time I had sex after my first injection and now happens every time. My boyfriend has an average sized penis and intercourse itself doesn't hurt. I keep up with my personal hygiene but I've gotten multiple UTIs a few times after sex as well. I'm too afraid to ask my mom to see a gynecologist and I want to know if this is something I should be concerned about.
