I'm A 16 Year Old Female It Is 10 O'clock

I'm a 16 year old female it is 10 o'clock at night and around 4:30 this afternoon I suddenly got a horrible headache. It feels like both make yourself really bad earrings that go up to the inside my head. My whole body hurts my neck hurts everything hurts even my eyes. Do I need to go to the doctor?
