I'm a 17 year old girl, and i have ibs-d, but it's mostly manageable with this new medicine i take, but if i masturbate the diarrhea will come by the time i wake up, and i hate it, and i'm worried for the future for when i want to be in a relationship and to have sex, is there anything you can think of that could help?
