Im A 18 Year Old Guy And The Foreskin Of

Im a 18 year old guy and the foreskin of my penis doesn't slip back completely. I read posts about retracting it back when in flaccid state for some time regularly. Will this help me at this point of time. Im aware that there is the surgery but it is not a good idea. Please help.
