I’m a 19 year old male and my penis and testicles haven’t grown since middle school and my voice hasn’t deepened. My penis is 1 1/2 inches flaccid and 4 inches erect. And the girth is very skinny. My testicles look like a 12 year old kids. I have body hair and pubic hair. Im nervous about this. What do I do?
