I'm A 19y/o Female And I Felt This Excruciating Pain

I'm a 19y/o female and i felt this excruciating pain in the middle of my breasts last night when i examined it, it turned out to be a hard lump under the skin. On the outside the skin is smooth bt when i touch it it hurts really bad and also feel like a small hard marble. I also have pain in my right armpit, the area is tender and hurts on touching. A specific swelling/lump can be felt on touching bt it is more softer than that on the chest. The lump on the chest hurts when i move and keeps hurting and i'm having some difficulty breathing beause of it. Can it be a sign of breast cancer? Because i think i'm too young for it. Please help!
