I'm A 21 Year Old Female. I'm Having Increasingly Worse

I'm a 21 year old female. I'm having increasingly worse right side pain (it's been 3 days since it started). I have tried naproxen and it's not helping at all. I don't have an appendix and my period ended 2 days ago. I have had large ovarian cysts but I'm not sure what I should do. I've tried the old heating pad and warm bath tricks but it isn't doing anything.
