I'm A 21 Year Old Male. I Was Tested Positive

I'm a 21 year old male. I was tested positive for chlamydia 6months ago as well as my EX girlfriend.... I was given antibiotics (single dose of 4pills) , and hers was for a week. 4weeks later I retested and it came back negative. She retested and was negative.....we broke up 2 months ago and haven't had sex since.
I'm with a new girl now but I'm concerned because whenever I poop I see a discharge. Is it chlamydia? Have no symptoms. Discharge literally looks like when I ejaculate. Sometimes a little chunkier.
