I'm A 22 Year Old Female. I've Been Smoking Cigarettes

I'm a 22 year old female. I've been smoking cigarettes for 9 years. About 5 days ago I quit and the first day I experienced chest pains along with nausea and trouble breathing. I waited a few days and I went to the hospital and they gave me an ekg, blood work, and chest X-ray and everything was normal. Could this just be nicotine withdrawal? The pain isn't constant all day it just comes and goes for 2-3 minutes and stops.
