I'm A 23 Year Old Female Who Is On Day

I'm a 23 year old female who is on day 6 of quitting smoking. I was smoking heavily, at least 5-6 hand rolled cigarettes, for less than a year and I just quit cold turkey. I'm extremely concerned because my body has bumps all over it. I have a swollen lymph node under my armpit as well as in other places. I'm extremely concerned as it mentions no reactions like this. What is the problem and how concerned should I be?
